The project is an initiative of the Global Recycling Foundation, aimed at raising awareness of the importance of recycling resources and encouraging people to take action to reduce waste and preserve the environment.

During the event, an award ceremony was held, presenting the AMATA Best Waste Management Awards for the year 2566 (2023). This continuous annual event marks its 10th anniversary and was honored by the presence of Mr. Chula Sukmanop, Ph.D. Secretary General, Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC),Dr. Viwat Kromadit, Chief Technical Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Estate Business Thailand at AMATA Corporation Public Company , Mr.Chawalit Tippawanich Chief Executive Officer ,Ms. Witchuda Seemakachorn, the Director of Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate , Mr. Sermpong Sukko , the Director of Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate and Mr.Aukkares Choochouy, Managing director of Amata Facilities Services Co.,Ltd, the awards were presented to entrepreneurs from a total of 94 factories
